When you have a range of stakeholders to engage or keep informed, we design a process to objectively gather valid information. You may need to evaluate a community event, break into a new market, seek innovation in your business, quantify opportunities or understand your competitors and your position in the marketplace. We identify and engage with the appropriate groups to uncover the information you require. This may be by interview, observation, focus group, market analysis or studying behaviours.
THE SYSTEMS
When you are seeking business improvements or growth we work with you to identify the best method for obtaining information, fill knowledge gaps and strengthen the business processes. We may facilitate a planning process, assist you to document policies and procedures, or use a mentoring approach. Identifying what works and replicating that is a key element we focus on. We also identify gaps and how to most effectively bridge those gaps. You choose the level of involvement.
